Success stories
Inner skills in the education system
Micelio has partnered with True North, a private school in Costa Rica, to design in-class experiences to awaken character traits that children navigate their own wellbeing while learning to engage as conscious leaders. Micelio has provided coaching and consulting, which has resulted in the creation of Awaken Your True North, a game-based program to help awaken appreciation, audacity, commitment, curiosity, empathy and equanimity in children and teachers. We have also supported the leadership team to integrate these core skills in their team dynamics.
Inmersive learning journey on conscious collaboration
Micelio organized a three-day learning journey for Viva Idea, a thought and action center dedicated to strengthening collective action towards sustainable development in the global south. The experience held space for the team to refine and integrate its new organizational strategy while engaging and learning from entrepreneurs in an indigenous community that they serve. The experience brought greater awareness of each persons’ biases in viewing the world and in understanding and refining the team’s dynamics based on the principles and practices of conscious collaboration.
Awakening a thriving regenerative community
Micelio has partnered with Ecovilla, a creator of regenerative communities in Costa Rica, to discover and implement a strategy for the new neighbors of Ecovilla San Mateo to work together to build a thriving community that is aligned with their collective why. Micelio has facilitated a space of co-creation between the company and neighbors to discover innovative forms of community governance and effective strategies to support neighbors in self organizing to care for nature and each other, while supporting each other's journey of personal growth.
